Guest guest
Janine, I think that he was saying that because of the way you breathe when you are exercising, deeper breaths and more measured exhale that it is most effective for that. I use mine whenever I use a portable to save my 02. It brings the liter flow up 2.5. That gives me extra time. Since I got my high flow concentrator I don't use it at home. It is bulky and hard on the nose. But, I am so thankful for it when I am out. I breathe so much better with it while I am walking and talking, etc. No, he hasn't mentioned Transtracheal, but the Respiratory Therapist did. We will see.
