Guest guest
Hi , I take regular ol ambien and try not to take it too often. I just end up not sleeping most of the time. I'll get two or three hours in and then be wide awake - end up reading a lot of the time. It isn't fun because then I have to work a full day. I feel like I'm a zombie most of the time. I'll talk to my doc about the CR, see what he thinks. Or maybe even Lunesta? I'm willing to try anything. I did a sleep study and my saturation never dropped below 96 while I slept. However, I did wake up over 29 times a night. Never really had that sound sleep going on. Don't need a cpap either. No sleep apnea. I do wear my oxygen more at night than I used to (I know, I know Peggy) because I catch myself catching my breath most of the night. I check my saturation from time to time and it's ok as long as I'm in bed. Once I get up it drops. Thanks for the advice. Also, to many having sleep problems, it is sometimes assumed that any breathing issues in sleep are taken care of by our oxygen. However, we may have other obstructions and need CPAP versus just oxygen or have other problems. Pulmonologists often see oxygen as the answer, but when it comes to sleep, I'd head to a sleep doctor too and make sure something easy isn't being missed. I still have major breathing obstructions during sleep with a good oxygen level so I'm back for another sleep study soon. Although a Jammie party does sound like fun......but because we all choose to, not because we can't sleep.> >> > I posted a few new pictures.
