Pepper, I think that there were more than just a few people last year who were dissatisfied with Globetrotters, the organization through which we booked our rooms, BUT this year we are dealing with the San Angelo Convention & Visitors Bureau. We need to book through Jenni probably because a certain number of rooms are being blocked off for TOPS SRD at each of the hotels. Our chapter already sent off our hotel reservation paperwork... there is a form that is to be filled out for EACH room request, and the occupants of each room are listed with contact info. to include email addresses. I promptly received a personal email from Jenni with my hotel confirmation number and info. She seems to be on the ball!
