We use the fully integrated product including scheduling, documentation and billing. Their customer service is outstanding and the software is very intuitive. My partner and I elected to go with an EMR from the inception of our new practice and I can say that using Clinicient was perhaps the best decision we made after deciding to return to private practice. I am taking the liberty of copying Kim Singer and Jerry , PT who is the Chief Physical Therapist for Clinicient so that they may have a little more background on your needs and be expecting your call. They do provide considerable training, but my experience is that the software is very intuitive. In fact, one of my comments when we were first doing the demo was that you could tell it was designed by a physical therapist. Like any piece of software there is a learning curve, but once you have become proficient it is a huge time saver and reduces denials from improper coding and CCI edit problems. But perhaps the most critical and important feature of the software is the tremendous technical support provided by Clinicient. Best wishes for continued success in your practice.
