Kerry at the nursing home where I do releif (well when I was

working), we had 2 sets for every patient and once a week soaked them

in hot water then rinsed with sterile water and hung to dry, while

they used the other set, maybe you could get a second set, I don't

really understand the american health system though, but maybe
