Thanks Georgia,

have you moved yet? .....I love reading your posts.

I thought of you when I was on the coast. Something to do with all the lindt chocolates that have been drastically reduced after Christmas. Basically I lived on local oysters followed by chocolates for dessert. Heaven. Now you know why I wear a neck to knee costume, no skimpy speedos, tanned limbs or elle mcpherson body here. Actually, I'm taller...

Oysters are a passion of mine. Have a swim, oh i'll just slip down and pick up a dozen from the boatshed and bring them back to the beach.....back again in the afternoon. My son thought I needed an oyster detox clinic by the time we left. So I brought 3 dozen back with me to ease the pain. Simple pleasures.

Rosemary,

You wanted to know about kidney and bladder problems. I had my first urinary tract infection at about 8 or 9, and had them regularly until a few years ago. I learnt the hard and painful way that if I ignored it it would go away, but only to be replaced with a kidney infection. This is not something I would care to repeat.

Madeleine has had a few UTIs as well but not Katrina. Mum gets them as well, we always thought that it was just a family failing. Something to do with dud plumbing; maybe the downpipes are not quite right.
