Guest guest
Roxanne, please read the success stories in the Files section of our wbesite and Yahoo Groups. The url is at the bottom of each message. These may inspire you. Alot of times a change in attitude about food choices vs. certain complications will help ease us into a better eating plan. Also, as I'm sure you are only too aware, quite a lot of us are true carbohydrate addicts, so our minds are going to tell us all sorts of things so our bodies can keep eating the carbs. Good luck on a plan you can stick to and break your addiction. There is also overeaters anonymous and other programs that can certainly help. As a member of a 12 step group myself, I know I would be dead without it....literally. Another some members have spoken highly about is Weight Watchers. The key is a group of supportive people all in the same situation. I truly hope Carb Addicts works for you. Please let us know how it goes, and please keep up the frequent testing and journal keeping. This is so important in future choices.
