Ok Melody here are my goals for the upcoming year: I want to get below goal and stay there so I don't have to worry every Tues evening. Being above goal is not a good thing.

WHY AND MOTIVATION -- I know I will feel better and look better and need to be in better shape to take care of my husband, and like Clara said to be able to hold our heads up with the rest of those long term Kops they are such a great inspiration to me.

HOW WILL I DO THIS--I will get back to basics and start walking like I was and using my "Choice is Yours" more, it is there right in front of me and thats all we need. Eating sensibly.
