Guest guest Posted January 1, 2002 Report Share Posted January 1, 2002 Well, I didn't get a quick enough reply, so I spent some time trying to figure this one out and have come to the conclusion that it means only a total of 2 caplets a day. My reasoning for this conclusion is the other Atkin's supplements I'm taking state very clearly how many to take and it matches with the label's serving amount. For example, the Vitamin #3 says take 3 caplets 3 times daily and if you look under the serving sizes, it will say 3. The same for the Essential Oils - take 2 caplets 2 times daily and the serving size is 2. So, I've come to the conclusion that since the Dieter's pack says the serving size is also 2, that I am to take 2 caplets 2 times a day or one before breakfast and one before dinner, for a total of 2 caplets. This also makes the total number of caplets in each container designed to last 30 days as there are 90 caplets in the Basic Vitamins #3 and 60 caplets in the Essential Oils and Dieter's Supplements.
