Doctor Appointment

Hi

I had my pulmonary doctor appointment today in Dalton. I had PFTs and he told me that my tests were the same as last year. (Thank you, Lord) I told him about coughing and bringing up green junk and he told me I needed an antibiotic. I told him that my primary care dr would only prescribe one if I had a fever. So my pulmonary doctor here in Dalton assures me that if I have problems I can come to see him and see if I need an antibiotic. Phew! It seems as if that was getting complicated for me since my primary dr is 25 miles away in Chattanooga.

The doctor that I see now in Dalton is the one who put me on the vent in 2004.

I also get to have another sleep study to see if my setting on the CPap needs changing. But he said I would have to be well for this so that i why I am on Avelox.

Wow! Wasn't that exciting for Judy to get the call today. News such as that encourages me to try harder at losing weight. I am getting close but these last few pounds are being stubborn.

Thanks Peggy, for making sure all of our rooms are on the first floor. My husband called for me tonight up to the Marriott and they remembered that Mrs. called. I promise I will go up there and look at this place. Maybe will take some pictures with her digital.

Time to go and take my new cough medicine. I want to get well right away because it is hard to have coughing and a stuffy nose and wear the mask.
