Guest guest
Clara, that is okay....I'm hoping to get my computer updated in the near future and then I'll have an excel program on it. When I do I'll get in touch with you and you can send it to me privately. I've got XP on it right now, but I got the home edtion and it did not come with any of the MS Works programs on it at all. My youngest son said that as soon as he can he is going to come up and put the MS Works on it for me. Helon With GODS HELP I will be a Conqueror this year!!!!God will grant me courage that will not run out!!! Re: food journal in excel Helon, I don't know how to convert the food chart to any other format that you could keep and use on your computer. I could send you a hard copy to write on, but that would be just like keeping any other hand written food chart!! Sorry I'm not more "savvy" on how to convert stuff! I have lived by EXCEL for years - at work and at home - and that's about all I know.
