I am working in the Indo nepal border town of Raxaul, East Champaran

District,Bihar. This month we have started a Drop in Centre for STI and HIV/AIDS

patient in partnership with Catholic Relief Services (CRS).

We invite you to kindly refer positive cases from this area attending your

Health facilities.

Our aim is to strengthen the PLWHAs from this area and facilitate

their networking with the Bihar Network of positive people.
