And again, I'd point out how much YMMV matters. I can use any kind of salad dressing with no problem. But give me one segment of orange (undosed for, I'm a type 1 on insulin) and I'm Way Up. As for the salad dressing, that's how we can see what something does to the blood sugar, by checking the numbers 2 hrs. later.
