Hey guys, you'll be glad to know that you can find bread that is

relatively low in carbs - The average is like 15g for one slice, and

we found as low as 13g and 11g per slice - but here's the winner -

Nature's Own light wheat bread - is 8.5g per slice - that is like 19g

for two slices. Now Schwarzbein says that you should have 15g per

meal, but for those that cannot live without bread, like me - you can

try this relatively low brand of bread - the catch is that it does

have 1g sugar. But they do make a sugar free bread - but that has

11g per slice.

If anyone knows where we can find bread that is even lower than that

let me know where and what brand.

Now here's the good news - just because we are not supposed to eat

that many carbs, we don't have to give up carbs completely - because

giving it up completely is not good for you. What you can do is not

worry about the fat and eat high protein. Protein helps you digest

the carbohydrate so that you can burn it off.

Now doesn't that sound awhole lot better?

For pasta lovers - there is sugar busters pasta. Plus getting over 8

hours sleep between the night and day can be good for some like me -

with the amount of sleep I get - my blood sugar almost always goes

down.

Here's another food that helps - Fish oil - you can take it in the

oil form or you can actually eat fish like salmon and fish oil helps

with so many things - osteoporosis, arthritis, diabetes - and so many

more. Even headaches.

It hasn't even been a month and I am so much more informed than I was

before.
