Hi everyone,

I meant to write this sooner but have been a lil under the weather. I have had a really hard time the last couple weeks money wise. Between my outrageous electric bill and my meds, it seems like we cant keep our heads above water. Well, sure enough, I got a shut off on my electric for $500. It runs me about $200 a month. I had no idea what to do, if it was just lights, I would use a candle but its not right, its a shame when you need it just to breathe. Well, Leanne, bless her heart had called to check on me and I was sleeping , her and Gene, my hubby got to talking and she told me to call Caring Voice Coalition. So I called, they were so kind to me, makes me cry just to think how compassionate and caring they were. Anyway, to make it short, they paid my whole shut off on my electric bill!!!!! Thank you Jesus, Thank you Leanne, Thank you Caring Voice. They are also working with my credit union to see if they will give me a forbearance on our truck loan so we can get from behind the 8 ball.

Also, I went to the drs yesterday, I am now on 80 mg of Prilosec, I was on 40 and am on Carafate. They didn't say if I had an ulcer or what, just that it was probably heartburn. Also, now I'm back to Lantus insulin, I started on it, switched to Humilin now I;m back, my sugar runs in the 400'2 and I'm only on 15 mg of predisone. When I was on 30mg my sugar wasn't this high, weird huh? I haven't forgotten about ya'll, I read your posts and ya'll are in my prayers. Leanne, you keep yourself healthy so you can go on that trip!!!!! You are a Godsend.,
