Sometimes, when folks get busy and there are a lot of posts we can all

fall into a habit of scanning and then answering those posts that hit us

the strongest. That doesnt' mean that the others are not important but it

does mean that sometimes posts get missed.

We also have Yahoo, and the rather too often occurrence where posts are

lost to 'cyber space'.

I'd like to remind everyone that if you have made a post and get no

responses within 24 hours to post again, or call attention to the post as

did. I saw that her post came around dinner time yesterday... so

it would have missed all those that were already off line for the day and

some folks aren't on yet in the morning.

We all do have varied schedules and come from all over the world.. that's

why 24 hours is a good time frame.. give folks a chance to see the

posts....

Personally, try to shut down by 9 pm, my time.. and usually don't get

back on until about 6 am... Yesterday evening I had a chance to head into

town for groceries and got way behind on the emails that were sent over

the next few hours....

I'm working on catching up, though...

I work nights (not evenings), on a rotating schedule, with varying nights

off. Most of the time I'm on in the mornings for a short while, though it

was much longer, til I started falling asleep right where I was sitting,

lol! Then, most of my nights off, I'm on the groups til the wee hrs of the

morning, but sometimes I have to walk away for periods because I need other

" me time " . Everyone needs that at times. Then, I also have been having

problems with freeze ups on my puter, and it's a little old man of a

computer, so there's that also.
