I am sure you are a good mother as I am. My kids have always come first in everyway! They are now 25, 18 and 13 and I can just now get a breather and do something for myself. I think having small children is so difficult. It saps the life out of you. The fact that you joined this list and want to improve your health says to me that you are already a very strong person.
