Hi everybody had a great thanksgiving, enjoyed my day weighed in

this morning and lost 3/4 of a lb making me 2 lbs below goal ... boy

you sure do make me laugh i love your sence of humour.must be Texas

that makes us all happy....Hugs to all Helen

You have done a great job! Congratulations on the loss! Staying as

far below goal as you can gives you a " little " bit of play area for

the holidays!! Keep marching Kaptain!
