It is a real nightmare when you think you have a room and then get there and you do not!! If I reserve it then I know I have a room. It is not worth getting a discount to go through all the hassles we went through last year. Did you know that they had charged us $130.00 PER PERSON!!!! I hit the ceiling. That was totally ridculous. I mean I had to explain things tio them 4 times before finally they got a mamnger there and someone from TOPS there and got it all straightened out.
