I am a big meat eater, but I can't know what it is. I mean I know steak is

from a cow but I don't want to think of it. It all stems from as a child, we

had lamb chops a lot. My sister told me it was from had a Little Lamb!

Jamy, they taste just like chicken. LOL

For some reason it was the only protein I could process. I was too young

to know better anyway - I went from breastfeeding straight to frog and

brown rice, practically. I still eat it when I find it, it is not bad.

I live in Brazil, but my mom used to round up some kids and pay

them per frog, since it was not available at markets at the time. In

half an hour she'd have a bucket full of them, haha.

The legs are yummy. I grill the whole thing, not just the legs, and eat

them all. My mom used to make stock from the skin, like you do with

chicken, and de-fat it and use it on my rice too.
