Ok, Tonya!! Did you goof up and eat some of that Halloween candy??? I know how easy that is to do - - because I did it last year! It would be even harder to have youngsters that brought in the good stuff!!

What kind of meal plan are you trying to follow? Get your Mom to send you one of the New Member brochures that has the exchange meal plan on it - - - or do you already have one??

Hang in there - - make next week better!

Hey Sweet Peep, we're gonna do this so long as we don't get discouraged. I know that you're doing the TOPS on-line thing, but do you have a friend in your neighborhood who you could buddy up with... have scheduled weigh in days, exercise together, etc.? You're doing so good with staying accountable and reporting in for your roll call to us every Friday, but maybe if you were weighing in with a friend y'all might get a bit of the competitive thing going. When I was in college, my roommate and I were trying really hard not to gain the "freshman 15", with it being our first year away from home, too many late nite pizzas and that horrible cafeteria food throughout the day. We weighed in together twice a week, and it really helped both of us to stay on track. Neither of us wanted to be the one to gain!

Well I do have a friend in the "hood" but she is not so serious about it...But you all are a whole lot of help,,,thanks for all the encouragement you have been and continue to be.!!!
