I am so sorry to hear about your grandson. Tonya is right, these young ones can bounce back really fast, never knowing that in the meantime they have scared Grandma & Pa to death. Gotta love those Grandkids!!!

Tonya sorry to hear your not feeling better but I know you are strong!! So do your best, that is all we can ask for and yes, tonight let the kids take care of you for a change. They are old enough to do it. Settle down on the sofa and let them do it. hope your feeling better tomorrow.

wow..you are really getting with on this exercise thing

NO, not really Tonya, I just knew I was gonna be a "bad girl" tonight and hoped the extra exercise would help me out.

I really don't think I can think of anything I hate worse than exercise and it don't seem like it helps me much. Last summer I was doing 5 hour of water aerobics 3 times a week and I NEVER had a loss. Turtles, week after week after week. I stopped the exercise and went back to losing now and then. I can't explain it. I just know I HATE it!!

I played hooky this morning - - we went to Colorado City Lake (75 miles east of Midland on I-20) where we have a little lake place - - the water is up for the first time in YEARS - so we just went to check on everything. But just before we got there, my daughter-in-law called and said they had my oldest grandson (he is 21) in the hospital for an emergency appendectomy - so we turned around and came back home and went straight to the hospital. He is fine - the doctor was able to take it out lapriscopically, so he won't even have to spend the night in the hospital!! Modern medicine is wonderful!!

Sooooooooo - I am just now getting back home at 3:00 o'clock - -

Hope our fellow recruit, Corporal Radar is feeling better today!

Radar...is not doing better. Radar is worse! ..but trying not to complain...Have you ever noticed when you are really down, how if you get to much sympathy, it just makes you have a breakdown...So I am trying be strong, trying not to whine..and just keep trudging on...working, taking care of kiddos...or maybe tonight they may be taking care of me...Right!!!!...
