Guest guest Posted April 17, 2004 Report Share Posted April 17, 2004 well got to get online last night my dr well said no computer for 2 days to not sit up well he found 2 blockage on me but there not bad one is 30-40 percent the other is 50-60 percent blockage which with good diet and exercise i can reverse it he put me on a closterol pill and io have to be on again the low fat and low closterol diet which io know for my health but i can follow suzanne so much better so what i am trying to do is getting recipes on low cloterol and low fat with suzabnnne diet and just try and make me up a diet with this putting her rec ipes and the rest together you will not believe the recipes i found onlione so i know now i have to stick to it and stay on it but like i told cliff i will stay on the low carb as well with the others so i sure will need help i mean if i can have something on one diet cant on the other but i will make it just have to start living more healthy than the way i been living so wanted to let you all know what the outcome was on me as well as my daughter i had the catherization thursaday and she had hysterectomy yesterdayu she still in lots of pain i just got offf phone with her so wanted to check in and see how everybody doing jeanna i been meaning to tell you cliff ask me the other day if i told you and the rest that he got a killer to get kill on a motorcyle been haviung it awhile but just been fiorgetting to tell you and so i let you know ok cheryl Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
