I'm sure all is well but there is always that linguring doubt in your mind that it's not. On the positive side I'm a two year survivor. Yeah!!!!!!!!! I have been taking tamoxifen for over a year and I get hot flashes and night sweats. No two days (or nights) are ever the same. My doctor mentioned to try to avoid things that triggered them and said caffine was one of the biggest triggers. Does anyone have any experience with this? I just finished 5 years of tamoxifen in January. I had the weight gain, hot flashes and night sweats. They kind of leveled off after a couple years. Doris and I kept popcycles in the freezer for our *POWER SURGES* they cool you right off. I have been up in the middle of the night many times eating a popcycle. I limited my caffine to just morning coffea. The rest of the day I drink water with lemon. I do take a multi vit and also E ,C and calcium.
