Where do you go to get your ceramics? We have a nice little shop in Copperas Cove and she is getting more in all the time. She has a big assortment of things, and has classes with some of the ladies from up in Dallas. She probably won't have any now until after the first of the year. I forgot where you live and how close you are to a shop, they are few and far between arent they anymore.

Hugs,

Jackie

Jackie,

We have over 500 molds at the center, plus I have that many or more at my house. We drive to Ft Worth to American Ceramics or I come down there to my son's house. He has gotten me some slip from the craft shop on the base so that I could make some things for him and his wife. I've been wanting to get down your way and check out the shop there in Cove, I've heard a lot about it. Maybe I can manage to do just that after the first of the year.

Thanks Deanna,

With GODS HELP I will be a Conqueror this year!!!!God will grant me courage that will not run out!!!

Weight Rept 01/04/05

Glad to report that I showed a lost between the last weigh-in in December and tonight of 2 lbs. I kept a food journal of sorts, drank all my water, was in touch with TOPS pals. Got my exercise this past week by taking down all the Christmas decorations and putting them away and then cleaning up the living room. So that was a couple of hours of exercise.

RECIPE:

Zesty Lemon Tuna Cakes

1 pouch StarKists Zesty Lemon Pepper Tuna 1/4 cup Red & Green bell pepper mixed, finely chopped

1/4 cup mayonnaise (I use low-fat) 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

1/4 cup bread crumbs 1/2 Tbsp Olive oil

In a small bowl, mix tuna with 4 remaining ingredients. Shape mixture into 4 equal size patties. In a medium skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook & brown tuna cakes in hot oil, 3 to 4 minutes perside or until hot & golden brown.

Prep time: 3-4 minutes

Cook time: 3 - 6 minutes

Serves: 2, 2 patties each
