Guest guest
Why do you think that? The thyroids used to make our natural thyroid come from the same pigs that are used for food... the glands are removed during the processing of the meat. I try to buy pork, when I can, the more pork we eat the more pigs are processed, the more glands are available to make natural thyroid! Guest guest
Too high T4 would give all the hyper symptoms and for some people, muscle aches. But Total T4 could even be above the normal range and Free T3 and Free T4 be low, so it doesn't mean much, your symptoms are what matter and they are all hypo - except for the palpitation, but that can be adrenal. I think the best way to know is to take your basal body temperature - 10m in the morning, with a mercury thermometer, before moving around, under the arm. If it is low you have cut down too much and need to go back to 2 grains, or at least 1 1/2 or 1 3/4. If it is normal you are fine. As for the adrenals, I'd make sure to take enough vitamins, especially B, and C, high dose C - around 3-5g a day - to see if it helps. Jan joan scorer wrote: >Hi Jan, >Thanks for this.
