Guest guest
hi i understood what kerry was trying to do. i reread the messages. i thought the last sentance of linda's message was unfair to bonnie. kerry felt someone needed protecting and not enough people stand up for others in this world. i'm sure kerry would have done the same for linda. it was obvious and understandable that linda was feeling very upset and we all know (especially if you are a fast typist) how typing away can be like emptying your soul. sometimes when i re-read things i find insights or answers to things i'm not conscious of. writing is a fantastic tool but sometimes we really ought to put it in draft form and go back and edit when our emotions have lowered. i am guilty of verbal verbiage - i love that word - and if i leave it and go back later i can always say it more concisely. as a secretary, with shorthand and before word processing my bosses used to apologise for changing whatever i had just typed up (yes on a manual typewriter in the early days) and i used to answer that it didn't matter that it had to be retyped as it had done its job if the first rush of emotion was over and a better response would now be the result. one guy i worked with for 11 years i eventually just changed his words automatically - he doesn't realise he owes all his success to me. lol. i don't want to keep this subject going but i had to speak up for kerry. may
