Thanks for the info on stress. My life is full of it.

My MIL died in Jan. My step-dad died in May. My mom moved in

with me in June. My Grand MIL died in July. My mom begs me

every day to go back to St. Louis with her to help her go through

her things. We live on the west coast. She cries and begs.

My brother who is my mom's other caretaker (on weekends) is

mentally ill, my son24 yrs, who lives with me has social phobia

and obsessive compulsive disorder, I have migraines,

fibromyalgia, diabetes, PSTD, and mom has alzheimers and

parkinsons.

I've have a severe outbreak of herpes number one in my nose in

April, and in Sept. and Oct I had two outbreaks of shingles in my

mouth and ears. I'm on the anti-viral for a year to see if I have

any more outbreaks.

My oldest son moved back in after graduating from college and if

it wasn't from my sons helping plus a wonderful dh who also is

diabetic, and a wonderful psychiatrist, I wouldn't be alive.

Thanks for all the tips. I found out that tomatoes have carbs.

And onions. I love to eat tomatoes onions.

Maybe if I can get my life to settle down a bit, my blood sugar will

follow. I started my diet today, but am not sure if I should use

diet sodas or not. For some reason it makes me think that my

body will think I am eating sugar.
