Guest guest
.. it's really good... the oatmeal is crunchy and the spices that I use make it really good tasting.. plus that good fiber that comes with oatmeal.. the liver is tender and takes up the seasoning in the breading... You can't say Yeeecchhh until you try it.... I used that same oatmeal breading with slightly different spices on oven fried chicken last week... oh.. and on baked fish too.... we're trying to do oatmeal in as many ways as we can around here now... both the folks are taking fiber tabs for their systems.... but when we eat Potty Cakes (oatmeal banana cupcakes) regularly they find that they don't need the fiber tabs... so I've been experimenting with others ways of using oatmeal in every day things, not just sweets. Yum. blithe > Ok, since I found out that liver is probably going to harbor some thyroid hormones, I will TRY to hold my nose and eat some, MAYbe once a week or so.
