I know what you mean about eating when your bored...That is my problem and it usually happens in the evening...because during the day I work...The only thing that I have been able to do to help myself is have low cal or low fat things around for snacking..Ms Clara gave me some nice ideas...I have opted for stuff like lowfat cottage cheese with fruit...sugar free jello...things like that...These are all things we all now..and just have to remind ourselves..I was battling with chips and they were winning. I'm just trying now to make sure if I have to eat, that I am eating something that is good for me. I have not completely solved this issue, but am trying to do better. Good Luck and I sure hope you can get to feeling better soon.

Bored

I have noticed that lately I'm eating when I am bored. I pretty much stay home and hang with friends or alone when I'm not at work because it doesn't hurt my chest. I used to be more active and I hope to be more active when I get this pain solved. I'm looking forward to going back to college next year, at least 1 or 2 classes, so that will for sure take up my time between that and a full time job. If I ate when I was stressed out I probably would NEVER stop eating! LOL! I worry about everything but I am getting better at it since I've solved a few problems in my life. Now I'm working on the others. I know we have 3 weeks left in 2004 but I have just decided to just try and maintain, eat less, more water, little exercise, and hopefully start 2005 weighing the same or less than I do now. THEN I want to focus on getting this weight off again. I am hopefully going to get some news about the MRI on Tuesday and maybe that will be closer to solving my problems and I won't have to w! orry about not being able to exercise. Thanks for listening. Have a great week!Your TOPS Pal, EMAIL SUPPORT TEXAS-STYLE!!Visit us on the web: http://www.texastops.org

Sounds like you've got a great handle on it Tonya! You have a GREAT

Kaptain on your team with great ideas! I get the nighttime nibbles

too and it's usually when I get bored like - We live so far

out in the sticks and everything closes early so I just don't have a

darn thing to snack on so I suffer LOL can't just " run to the store "

Keep up the great work!
