Guest guest Posted December 8, 2004 Report Share Posted December 8, 2004 Yes PATOON LEADER PFC Helon, PFC Judy reporting in - I'm all over the food journal - got me a new record book last night and reporting 30 minutes of exercise (2 miles walk-away the pounds) last night and 30 minutes again this a.m. Drinking my water Eating my veggies and fruit and oh yes, Weighed in last night with 1/4 (1 stick of butter) GONE!!!! (Is there anything else I'm supposed to be reporting?) Do you collect the info for our team and turn into Melody? Do you want the exercise/journal any other info on a daily or weekly basis? I don't have computer access on the weekends usually I'm traveling with work. Usually I'm online 3-5 days a week. I'm not sure how much exercise I got yesterday...I was cleaning my house and dancing to Christmas music. I dug out my water beads and I'm wearing them today to remind me to drink my water. I have a hard time drinking water this time of year. But I'm doing it!
