That's the way to do it Helon! whoo hoo! Keep it up! your chair

exercises count too ya know! slow and easy - don't throw your back

out or wreck your knees worse :) Do you do the exercises with that

sit & be fit program on TV??

Thanks Tonya, and you are right about the cold not helping, my arthritis always kicks in bad this time of the year. So I just plug along and do what I can, and then me working of crafts and ceramics all day trying to get things made for Christmas aggravates it also.

Helon what are you doing for the ceramics? I do them also but didnt do anything with it this year. Got plenty to do and they make nice gifts but need to get back to doing it as I find it relaxing.
