Guest guest
We are looking for a software program to replace PTEx. Has anyone used or is familiar with Phys-X Advanced (6.0) Exercise Program Development Software? The company that manufactures it is Arena Health Systems from Point Arena, Calilfornia. From what I saw of the demo, the graphics are very good, there is the option to print instructions in Spanish, you can save exercise protocols, add your own exercises and graphics with built in scanner support, and " extensive Online help when needed. Very reasonably priced, but wanted to know if anyone has had any experience with it. Thanks, Carol Rehder, PT Mgr Genesis Medical Center
Guest guest
we have used PhysX for many years and like it a lot. Only problem is that they don't have a network version so we have it installed on all of our workstations. With 25 clinics and a PC in every treatment booth and in the gyms, that's alot of individual computers to touch when an upgrade occurs. This only happens every few years and you don't have to do it so hasn't really been an issue for us. We are pressuring Arena to get a network version and our IS people are talking to them.
