Guest guest
I am a manager in a hospital-based outpatient clinic. Average experience of PTs is 2.5 years. For OTs, it is ~10 years. For anyone managing in this setting: How many meetings do you have per month for staff and how many hours are dedicated to them? Are your staff meetings monthly, bi-weekly? Do you have additional discipline-specific or other meetings? Would appreciate your input.
