hip! hip! hooray! I'm still in a state of shock! I lost 4 4/10 pounds tonight!! That is the BEST loss I have ever had in the almost 2 years I have been in TOPS! I had a 4.75 pound 2 week loss and a 3.50 2 week loss - so this is just HUGE for me!! whoo hoo!! I'm not just doing the happy dance......I'm doing the happy, happy, joy, joy boogie dance! YEEEHAWW!!

I had 4 hours of exercise in 6 days....going for more this week!! Onward and DOWNWARD!!

Thank you ! YES!! the exercise REALLY makes a big difference!

You won't be sorry for doing the exercise....I promise BUT the

real difference is that my calorie consumption was less and my

exercise was more - so it actually " burned " off the fat! I'm so

darn excited and pumped up now that I've already been on the

treadmill this morning and am heading into Curves this afternoon.

LOL I have my very own " drill instructor " built in here ROFL - last

week my son was on me everyday - if he saw that I hadn't been on the

treadmill or not gone to Curves he was on my butt until I did it.

After my loss last night - he's a little monster now LOL I barely

opened my eyes and he was pulling down the treadmill and ordering me

to get on! ROFL! These teenagers sure do enjoy the torturing LOL!
