Guest guest
Melody My weight was 118, 7 below- am hoping to have a small gain this week or at least not go below leeway. I always keep a Food Diary , most weeks do exercise at least 6 hours a week and usually walk 7 miles When I report on Thursdays( weigh in day ) I might have to wait untill Fridays, then will send the correct totals for that That week. Willie BOB Boot Camp Reports Attention all recruits! If you have not sent me your starting weight (the weight before your weigh in this week) please do so now. Also be sure you send in if you have kept your food journal and your exercise time I am anxiously waiting to talley up everyone's points! whoo hoo! Looks like we are off to a GREAT start!! I'm not getting all the loop emails for some stupid reason - so I am digging through online to see if I have missed any reports. Keep up the fabulous work everyone! Guest guest
I hate it too....Way to boring...but it sure does help me when I have trouble controlling my appetite...It makes my little mistakes not effect me so bad...and when I am doing good...It helps me do really good to have the added boost from the exercise...There is this one little skinny woman in my neighborhood that walks like a maniac all the time...I was talking to her one day...and she told me she had to walk because she like to eat to much. Now this is a person who looks like she never eats at all..She must be doing something right...so I guess we have to give a little to get a little... Love RADAR Re: Re: BOB Boot Camp Reports I AGREE WITH YOU MARY - - - ON NEVER LIKING EXERCISE!!
