Guest guest
I'm not sure whether its cytomel or its generic, due to Walmart's confusing message. The pain is joint, tendon, and muscle pain all over, but especially in the extremities. I remember having it in the past before knowing what was wrong with me. As the T3 kicks in, it goes away. So nights are bad as the T3 wears off and mornings also waiting for it to kick in. > Deb what brand of T3 are you taking? Guest guest
You can tell if it is generic by lookign at your prescription bottle. It MUST have the manufacturer on it. Has this just started or worsened wiht refilling a script? If not yo just need more to level out the ups and downs, and if it is wiht a new script I am bettign it si the weaker generic.Meanign oyu either need ot ask doc to write brand only on your script or get a higher dose. Guest guest
I have only ever been on this bottle of it. I am having it refilled tomorrow. I just looked and it is the cytomel. So, it just means I need more so I need to increase it? I know my temps are still on the low side. The good news is is that I have finally had a 98.6 temp the first time in forever (in the late afternoon) a couple of days ago. It seems like when I increase, the symptoms go away for a little while, then they return after a couple of days. Thanks, Deb in MI > You can tell if it is generic by lookign at your prescription bottle. It > MUST have the manufacturer on it. Has this just started or worsened wiht > refilling a script? Guest guest
Are you taking any T3 late in the evening? I think that helps. Guest guest
I am not sure what to do here and would welcome advice. I had a mammogram yesterday which must have depleted all my reserves, as I had to stress dose a lot on top of the 40 mg HC that I am on. Then I had the vibration feeling this morning that people have talked about before I took my 1st dose. So I had lots of fibromyalgia/hypo pain last night and all today. I ended up increasing my T3 to 125 mcg from 110 yesterday and 100 the day before, which might have been too much, as I feel hyper (BP 126/62, Pulse 97 Temp 98), but still with some the muscle/joint pain. Any thoughts? Thanks, Deb in MI PS I am so thankful that I had ordered some backup as I ran out today and my doc had underdosed me, but I didn't realize it until I tried to get a refill and it was denied. Guest guest
-Yes, I am. I take 1/4 of the day's dose then. I agree that it really helps. Guest guest
The vibrating feelign is generally lwo cortisol. Taking more T3 will clear mor corrtisol faster, you shoudl lower it if anything for a couple days till your adnreal reserves can be refilled. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
