exercise and " male torturing " can do for a woman (heh heh sorry )

Im glad that you wrapped up your email with a funny....cuz i was fixing to send someone out there to check on you...Scared me!

I'm ticked off!! had an awful weigh in this week - knocked me completely backwards :( I hate my stupid body! I hate being old...nothing works right! I hate that I can't seem to do anything right! and I HATE thanksgiving! Heck, I'm at the point where I just hate holidays all together! too many dang people everywhere, getting in the way of just trying to accomplish everyday things :( ugh! somebody pass the happy pills will ya?! there - got that out of my system ;)

anyway - I gained a whopping 3 pounds this week.....I swear if I ever get over this yo-yo crap it will be an outright miracle!

okie dokie....going to flush my head in the toilet.....I now return you to your regularly scheduled emailing....

Sorry about that Tonya :) I just get so mad at myself that I just have to vent and get it off my chest - I'm ok and still trying, tho somedays I honestly wonder WHY! LOL I think my body is broken and I don't know how to fix it to make it start losing again - this darn yo-yo syndrome is really pissin' me off :) Just when I 'think' I'm ok and losing again....here comes the yo-yo to mess me up again. ah well.....gotta keep trying right??

No matter where we live, no matter who we are, we're all bound by borders....borders that define our lives....some real, some imagined. Many of us are content to live within these borders. Others are forced to. But some of us need to break out, burst through, even if what lies on the other side is both frightening and unknown.

I'm ticked off!! had an awful weigh in this week - knocked me completely backwards :( I hate my stupid body! I hate being old...nothing works right! I hate that I can't seem to do anything right! and I HATE thanksgiving! Heck, I'm at the point where I just hate holidays all together! too many dang people everywhere, getting in the way of just trying to accomplish everyday things :( ugh! somebody pass the happy pills will ya?! there - got that out of my system ;)

anyway - I gained a whopping 3 pounds this week.....I swear if I ever get over this yo-yo crap it will be an outright miracle!

okie dokie....going to flush my head in the toilet.....I now return you to your regularly scheduled emailing....
