Guest guest
Well, Melody - - I'm cooking for Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow, too! But I'm not cooking a turkey; one of my daughters-in-law is bringing a smoked turkey (and she makes millionaire pie for me), so I am doing dressing, veggies, salads and some desserts - - my other daughter-in-law will surprise us with something good because she is a fabulous cook and is always coming up with something new and different. She makes a banana pudding to die for - my husband's favorite dessert - so she always makes that for "Grandpa" - - - so tomorrow will be "pig out" day for us! Then I'll really have to buckle down to lettuce and carrots until next Thursday's weigh-in!! And, yep, I remember those good ole chicken killing days!! I was raised on a farm and my dad used to wring a chicken neck every Sunday for dinner! HA!! But the thing I remember as being most "gross" were the once-a-year hog killing days!!!! My-oh-my - - - so many years ago!! Maybe you'll feel like eating that old bird by tomorrow!!!! (((HUGS))) Clara No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Anti-Virus.
