ROFL! we're everywhere Kathleen!! but.....don't beat yourself up - it's ok to have "A" Sprite.....and it's ok to have "A" cookie....the guilt shouldn't hit unless you've had a case of sprite or a dozen cookies LOL

No matter where we live, no matter who we are, we're all bound by borders....borders that define our lives....some real, some imagined. Many of us are content to live within these borders. Others are forced to. But some of us need to break out, burst through, even if what lies on the other side is both frightening and unknown.

I went to a political rally yesterday and while holding a Sprite (not diet) in my hand who did I see? My area captain. And what was she holding? A chocolate chip cookie. Haha!Kathleen

Hi everyone, and welcome new members. I'm reporting in for the last two weeks weigh ins, I lost 3 1/2 pds. last week and i turtled this week. I'm going to really try harder on my eating and try to be more active, I want to have a good loss by thanksgiving. I see some of my family only that one time a year so i want to at least weigh what i did last thanksgiving, but hopefully less. Have a good weigh in the coming week, and a good weekend.....,Tops Love, DeeClara wrote:

Hi, Helen - good to hear from you! And you are right about that leeway - - 1 1/2 pounds from 'trouble" is scary - - and that's right where I was last week. We'll see what I do tonight when I go weigh-in. I really need to get on the ball and get back "under"!! That's much SAFER!!

I definitely understand the "couldn't get it under control"!! I've been in my 3# leeway for the last 3 or 4 weeks, and I seem to be stuck! Hopefully I'll get off a little bit of it tonight!!

HANG IN THERE!!!

Deanna I know you will do better this next week, I fell off this week also. With husband in hospital I just can't seem to eat right, just grab something, not really the wrong thing but not enough veges and fruits. But he came home today and have started walking with my buddies so that may change now. Hope so anyway, He was told not to drink so much water?? He was low on sodium, the doc said people over 50 should only drink water when thirsty. Since he has high blood pressure and takes pills I have been pushing water on him, so now I am mixed up. But we can do this , one day at a time,

Jackie

Weighed in today with a l.25 lb. gain, making me a KOPS at goal. No excuses - just couldn't get it under control.
