After I do it, Im going to start back on adrenal aide. I stopped for 2 months because I felt great, but when I started doing all those strong anti candida supplements and liver flush with epsom salts, it thru off my intestinal balance and electrolytes even worse, I know that was stressful to my adrenals. Im staying on the anti candida supplements, but know I need to resume the adrenal aide.
