I've not had this problem, but suspect that you are correct, because your

symptoms sound like that may be the problem.

I would ask for tests to check your kidney function and perhaps an US of the

kidneys to see if they are enlarged. You also might consider asking for a

referral to a urologist if your OB and GP don't take you seriously.

I'd get an ultrasound, , to check whether there is any enlargement of

one or other kidney.
