I do wonder how others deal with such deep scarring- but I know from

personal experience that almost any scar tissue can be softened or

broken down with massage and heat. Moving blood through the area over

time can certainly help. I've managed to get rid of bruises and

minimize other deep scar tissue with massage- but I've never actually

dealth with an incision like the one you get in a myo.
