Guest guest
Leanne, I, too, get so angry about all the painful tests. I am so tired of being tortured. That one that you just had sounds especially gruesome. Have the transplant doctors seen slides of your biopsy. Didn't you have it done at the same hospital? Why would they be looking for Sarcoidosis? Maybe it is just something they are trying to rule out. Who knows? These are such stressful times for you. I think of you and pray for you every day. Seems like we are all getting grumpy with the heat. Today, I finally got out for the first time in a week. It feels like an oven outside. I HATE IT TOO! I'm not a very good patient. I just want this all to be over with. The doc doing the cath didn't wait for the area to be numb and she's poking in my neck as I'm jumping off the table. Does that hurt? Yikes. When she waited 5 minutes my neck was numb and they were able to do it. They took (I think) 5 pieces from my heart and I'm anxious to hear what they found. Supposedly they were looking for sarcoidosis which is the first I've heard of it. I'll know more Thursday (I think) when we meet with the surgeon. > > I HATE THIS DISEASE.> > Leanne> > > ---------------------------------> Shape Yahoo! in your own image. Guest guest
Hi Leanne, You have been on my heart for days knowing what you have been facing. I'll bet that Doctor has never been a patient. I just can't believe you had to go through that. It is over now and I do pray it is all good news. Tomorrow is God's Day and I will be talking to Him on your behalf. You rest and take it easy. I hope Mike is spoiling you a LOT.. Love ya, Peggy > > Hello all, > > Had the heart cath and biopsy on Thursday. Glad it's over. I'm not a very good patient. I just want this all to be over with. Guest guest
It is so annoying when they are in such a hurry. I hope it wasn't to pain full and it is good news. --- Leanne Storch wrote: > Hello all, > > Had the heart cath and biopsy on Thursday. Glad > it's over. I'm not a very good patient. Guest guest
MB, No worries. I had put it out of my mind. I'm going to go through this stuff and then promptly forget about it and get on with my life! Love you, too, girlfriend. Leanne Beth wrote: Leanne, Well don't I feel like an ignoramus! Your biopsy went clear out of my head when I spoke to you on Friday. I'm so sorry. Glad it's over. Sounds like it was no fun at all. Didn't know that you could have sarcoidosis in the heart? Learn something new every day I suppose, though there are some things I'd rather not have any reason to know about.
