Guest guest Posted April 1, 2005 Report Share Posted April 1, 2005 My doctor thinks I may benefit from acupuncture...problem is...even with 8 tattoos and plans for more...I'm terrified of needles. Only a handful of nurses and lab techs can draw blood or start an IV on me without leaving me looking like a junky, or having my coworkers constantly ask how things are at home So, my question is...have any of you had acupuncture done? Did it work? Did it hurt...at all? Any discomfort? Is it worth it? My insurance doesn't cover it, so I'd be paying out of pocket.
