Guest guest
Yes...was sleepy and fatigued more than other surgeries. ----- Original Message ----- From: Tigger I've been wondering. I had surgery on March 10th, today is April 10th and I still have no energy and tend to nap (more like go comatose) for a few hours. I still hurt all over, of course, more in my stomach region as that is where I had my surgery. My incision still hurts, and I expect that, but I hurt all over. I can't seem to get my strength back to normal (normal for a fibromite). Any answers, or comments would be appreciated. I know I'm not the most patient person in the world, but I just want to feel better than I do right now. Hugs, Tigger

While it is wonderful to share our experiences with everyone on the list as to what treatments do and don't work for us, pls always check with your dr. Some treatments are dangerous when given along with other meds as well as to certain health conditions or just dangerous in general.2. If you are in a difficult situation (doesn't matter what it is) pls don't be afraid to ask for help. It is the first step to trying to make that situation better.Have a nice day everyone. Guest guest
Hi Tigger, I wasnt dx with Fibro yet but had all of the symptoms. I had a total hysterectomy in January 2004 and it seemed to take me forever to recover from it. I didnt have much energy until about March or April. Interestingly, my incision STILL hurts, especially when one of my cats walks across me and on occasion gets quite red. Guest guest
Deb, had to laugh about the cats. I have to sleep with a pillow over my tummy because they either think it's a treadmill or a landing strip. I learned the hard way once before. Thanks for answering my question. I just feel so lost. There's stuff I want to do, and I don't have the energy or desire to do it. I take a nap in the morning.... sometimes I get out of bed to take a nap and usually in the afternoon I take a nap. I've always been a napper because I just don't sleep at night, but this is quite different. Guest guest
Thank you. There are times I just want to cry, for no apparent reason. I'm glad I've got you guys to help explain some of what is going on. Tigger Re: Anyone had surgery since diagnosed with fibro Hi Tigger,I wasnt dx with Fibro yet but had all of the symptoms.
