Val, I have been using some adrenal supplements for over a year now. I know

that you do not put much faith in these products. The products that I have been

using contain adrenal concentrate...varying amounts. Could it be that these

supplements are holding me back when it comes to healing?? Also what is the

difference between an adrenal concentrate vs. adrenal cortex extract?? Should I

possibly just come off of all supplements in regards to the adrenal glandulars

and just give the HC a chance to heal? Maybe I'm over the top when it comes to

supplements.

Thanks,

The adrenal supplements you are taking have over 80 hormones in them,

including adrenaline. Yes they can cause issues, and yes I feel either

cortex onyl supops or HC would be MUCH better.

Ok, I will definitely stop taking the adrenal concentrate supps and only take

the HC. Sorry, I do take more....I also take Ashwaganda and Siberian Euthero

Root for adrenal healing. What is your take on these supplements? I know I am

probably into overkill but I have just tried for so long to get my adrenals to

heal. Anytime I hear of something that might help, I'm off to the store. Am I

helping myself at all with these other two supps or should I drop them as well??

Sorry to ask so much of you but I am just trying to learn and weed out if they

are not necessary. I'll also save some money if I don't have to take all of

this stuff. Thanks,
