E make a noise to TOPS Please send your comments about Retreat to these two places/people. If you've been to a retreat, please tell the effect it has/had on you and how that ripple effect may have touched others in your area. If you've not yet been to a retreat, then please beg for them to continue until you can go and by all means, share anything that you have heard which makes you want to attend soon.
