Yes my stomach was almost flat (except for the scar)

after about 2 weeks time. Then for some reason it

changed. I started to bloat again about a week ago.

Not sure what the story is on that one. I am waiting

on a call from my dr.'s office. I will let you know

what I find out.

Now, just like you I am very bloated. All of my pants are too tight.

I don't know what I am going to wear back to work. I don't know why

this is. My doctor told me that due to the surgery, my stomach

muscles are out of shape and after some exercise my stomach should be

less flabby. I agree, it is REALLY ANNOYING!!

If this: " my stomach muscles are out of shape and after some exercise

my stomach should be less flabby. " is true, you should have been

bloated before surgery. Besides, you can have strong abdominals and

still have a layer of subcutaneous fat over them that would look

flabby. More likely it's an internal organ issue or something like

that. Also, this implies that you should go do a bunch of situps. I

wonder if that is advisable if you've just had a myomectomy. If it's

been a month or two, then working out would certainly help... but I

find this statement specious.
