Guest guest
I was diagnosed with interstitial fibrosis in July of 2005. I had a lung biopsy in October of 2005 and learned I have Non Specific Interstitial Pneumonia Fibrosis. I was on steroids for six months but they did not slow down or stop the progress of my disease. In fact my lungs are worse now. I am on 50% oxygen at 6 liters. I gained weight on the steroids and have only been able to lose a little. I get so tired when I walk or do anything physical. I will have a few good days where I can get a few things done but then I have bad days where I am very limited. I am watching what I eat but I need to get this extra weight off to help my lungs and me but it is so hard to really exercise when I can only walk up and down my driveway. Have any of you with this disease learned any tricks on exercise or help not being so tired so I can walk longer? Thank you, Marie ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Yahoo! oneSearch: Finally, mobile search that gives answers, not web links. http://mobile.yahoo.com/mobileweb/onesearch?refer=1ONXIC
